To provide our accounting, bookkeeping and advisory services, manage our relationship with you, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, run our business, and, where appropriate, send you relevant marketing. You can opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. 

How we collect and disclose it 

We collect information directly from you where possible, and sometimes from referrals, publicly available sources, or regulatory bodies. We may disclose your information to service providers who support our work, other professional advisers where relevant, and regulators where required by law. We only disclose to others where we’re satisfied they’ll protect it to a similar standard, or with your consent. Some of our platforms may store data on servers outside Australia. 

Government identifiers and sensitive information 

Where we collect a government identifier such as your tax file number, we only use or disclose it as required by law, and never use it to identify you for other purposes. We only collect sensitive information (such as health information) with your consent.
