• Advisory conversations

• Strategy, structure, cash flow and tax planning

• Building long-term client relationships

• Leading a team (without being buried in processing)

You’ll have a support team handling the processing and compliance work under you — so you can stay client-facing and value-led.

The role

As a Graduate/Junior Accountant, you'll work closely with senior accountants and client managers across a mix of compliance and advisory work. You'll learn how a modern firm runs, how to communicate with business owners, and how to turn numbers into practical advice.

A Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required for this position.

You'll be supported — but you won't be parked in the back room.

What you'll learn (and get exposure to)

• Preparing financial statements and tax returns (with guidance)

• BAS and GST fundamentals

• Xero-based workflows and best-practice systems

• How to speak with clients confidently and professionally

• How to spot issues and ask better questions (not just "tick and flick")

• Advisory basics: cash flow, profitability, structure, and tax planning
